Azora Biosciences developed a customized magnetic bead-based DNA extraction kit featuring a novel single-wash buffer, reduced reagent volumes, and pre-measured reusable packaging. The workflow was modelled and optimized to integrate seamlessly with LIC’s automated extraction and Illumina genotyping platforms .

The custom solution reduced wash steps from three to one

while maintaining high DNA quality (260/280 ratio 1.88; ~380 ng/µl yield)
