Mark is a molecular biologist and the founder of Azora Biosciences, established in 2020. Motivated by the limitations of traditional off-the-shelf R&D models, he built Azora to deliver tailored, high-performance solutions for modern high-throughput genomics laboratories.

She is a project and operations leader with over a decade of experience in the life sciences sector, leading multimillion-dollar research programmes, facility upgrades, and operational improvements to deliver efficient, scalable outcomes.

Ania leads business development across the USA and Australia, partnering with genomics, biotech, and life sciences clients to understand their needs and identify tailored solutions. She is a senior commercial leader with over a decade of experience in genomics and DNA technologies, bringing deep technical expertise across NGS, DNA synthesis, CRISPR, lab automation, and genomics workflows to support the development of customised, high-value solutions for clients.
